BACKYARD SQUIRREL ANTICS
What can one say about these delightful little creatures? They are quite fun to watch as they scurry here and there chasing each other and climbing squirrel-proofed bird feeders!
Today, March 1st, one of the squirrels tried the corn feeder. He or she really seemed to like it – will upload video footage – below slide show.
When my husband was refilling (and cleaning) the long sunflower seed feeder, he saw a raccoon eating the ear of corn – we have lots of dried ears of corn – glad someone likes it! It will be a challenge to get a picture of the raccoon as they are nocturnal.
